This abbreviated form of the Privacy Statement is used for information purposes only. The full Privacy Statement is a legal requirement and you must read through it and you are deemed to accept it when you use this site.

You (the Registrar/Registrant) undertake that the information you provide us with (including personal data) relates to you or your client and not anyone else. If you are a Registrar acting for a Registrant, you ensure that you have the authority of the Registrant to supply the information. The Registrar undertakes that the data supplied on behalf of a Registrant, is at all times the data of the Registrant for whom he acts and not his own data, except in the case of technical details such as DNS, IP addresses and technical contact details which can be that of the Registrar.

All personal data is collected for the internal use of IEDR (some of which is also made available through the Whois look-up facility).

The Registrant/Registrar agrees that we may use his personal data to process a request (made by him, his Agent or the Registrar on his behalf) to register or renew or transfer or accept a deletion request of a domain name in compliance with the IEDR Registration and Naming Policies and the IEDR terms and conditions.

The IEDR will use, analyse and assess personal data to maintain and develop relationships with Registrants, to process Registrant’s registration, and to provide Services.

You will have the right to be given a copy of your personal data which IEDR hold. Please read Section 10.1 (link) of the Privacy Statement. Personal data will not be held by us for any longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was obtained.

This Privacy Statement may be amended from time to time. When IEDR amend it, IEDR will provide a notice on the Site that IEDR have done so.
