IEDR announces additional IE zone reloads

Tuesday, 27th May, 2008. Since the 8th of May 2008, the frequency of the IE Zone Reloads has increased to 4 times daily. Not only has the daily frequency been doubled but reloads are now performed 365 days a year, previously reloads only took place Monday - Friday.
The new daily reloads are at 10am, 12pm, 5pm and 10pm.

This service improvement will result in new .ie registrations and DNS updates being included in the IE Zone much quicker, in addition to enabling registrants to schedule DNS updates outside of standard office hours.
