API v1.1.9 deployed on api-test.domainregistry.ie

Dear Reseller,

v1.1.9 of the IE API has been deployed within our API test environment this afternoon. If there are no objections from Resellers, we intend to deploy this latest release on our production IE API systems at 18:00 on Monday 28th September 2009.

This latest release includes the following changes:

• Added new domain:transfer command.
• Added optional element to ticket:modify command to assist in domain:transfer processing.
• Added new reason codes 268, 711, 818, 819 & 820.
• Fixed normaliser bug in the api server.
• Fixed regex bug in the api server.
• Fixed transaction processing bug in the api server.

We would encourage resellers to test the new functionality and read the documentation in the Test API section (ihttps://www.domainregistry.ie/api/) before using the new domain transfer command.

The new "domain:transfer" command was developed following discussions on the RDF, http://discuss.iedr.ie/index.php/topic,103.0.html.
